Introduction of Shenzhen Kesheng Communication Technologies Co., Ltd.

     Kesheng was founded in July, 2004 and has 80 employees now. Management team staffs are richly experienced in telecom related design & operation and have designed more than 10 popular telephone models up to now. More than 50% of our employees have had worked in the telecom related companies such as Motorola, UTStarcom, Inc. etc. and more than 85% have bachelor's degree or higher.
     Our business model is to run consistent business from design to manufacturing and service provision. We are providing not only ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) base manufacturing and PWB (Printed Wiring Board) and LCD but also the PHS's total technical solution from production line to testing and manufacturing.
     I'd like to explain our business strategy by design, sales&marketing and supply chain.



Design :

To launch 100% own platform and to realize an optimization for cost down. To provide the whole product line from high-end to the middle and low-end. To provide not only the clam shell type handset but also the candy type one as well.

Sales & Marketing :

To cooperate with the key customers who are willing to participate in the PHS market from the first. To provide the products by ODM. To support the establishment of the local market and service channels.

Supply Chain :

To establish the cooperation with the key suppliers. To continue the cost reduction though platform design, cooperation with the suppliers from the first, bench marking etc.
